We’re currently seeking experienced Commercial Window Treatment Installers to join our growing network. This role is ideal for reliable subcontractors who specialize in installing shades, blinds, drapes, curtains, and other window coverings in commercial and multi-family spaces.
responsibilities
- Install a variety of window treatments including roller shades, horizontal/vertical blinds, drapery systems, and curtains
- Read and interpret project plans, measurements, and installation instructions
- Safely load, transport, and handle materials and tools on job sites
- Communicate clearly with clients, site contacts, and Toolkit project managers
- Ensure all work is completed with precision, safety, and professionalism
- Follow all site-specific protocols and safety regulations
requirements
- 2+ years of experience installing window treatments in commercial or multi-family environments
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in finished and unfinished spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management
- Ability to travel to job sites across the state
- Must carry liability insurance
