When a fixture manufacturer was preparing for an upcoming renovation in one of their client’s retail locations, they needed more than just a rough sketch of the space—they needed clarity. Before production could begin, they had to understand the layout, the dimensions, and what they’d be working around. That’s where Toolkit Services came in.

Our team was brought in to perform a site survey of the space that would be transformed into a dedicated section for the retailer’s products. We measured the walls and documented any permanent architectural elements that could affect the fixture layout. We also identified and counted all movable displays and fixtures currently in the space, giving our client a full picture of what was already there and what might need to be moved or worked around.

Using the information gathered, we created a clear and accurate floor plan, complete with precise measurements and notes. We also took comprehensive photos to provide a visual reference for the space as it stood—an invaluable resource for both the designers and installers later down the line.
