Multiple hotels across the U.S. required an efficient, reliable solution for replacing their existing PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) units. This project’s scope included not only replacing the units but also managing the removal and preparation of the existing equipment for refurbishment. This large-scale project needed to be completed with minimal disruption to guests and day-to-day hotel operations.

Solution

  • Carefully removed the existing PTAC units from rooms.
  • Installed refurbished PTAC units, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Safely palletized the removed units, wrapping them securely to prevent damage.
  • Loaded the palletized units into an empty trailer, ready for transportation to the refurbishment facility.
