Toolkit Services was tasked with unpacking and installing a tradeshow booth for a exhibiting event. This included assembling various booth elements, such as a television displays designed to play promotional content via a USB stick. After completing the installation, the client reached out to us with a technical issue: the USB stick wasn’t working, preventing the televisions from displaying the promotional materials.

Our team quickly responded, returning to the site to troubleshoot the issue. We successfully formatted the USB and ensured the promotional video was playing on the televisions well before the event started. Our client’s event ran smoothly, and they expressed their appreciation for the flexibility and problem-solving skills of our team.
