Scope of Work

Fixtures, Artwork

We recently had the opportunity to support a commercial real estate company with the full installation of a newly constructed hotel – and we’re so grateful they trusted us with the job.

This project included outfitting 129 guest rooms along with the hotel’s public spaces. Each room was configured with either a king bed or two queens, and our scope included installing furniture, lighting, wall-mounted TVs, blackout curtains, mirrors, and more. In the shared spaces, we handled the installation of seating and dining areas, meeting rooms, lighting fixtures, artwork, and other finishing touches.

This project required coordination, efficiency, and a whole lot of communication to keep everything moving. Our team showed up ready to work and focused on the details – because in hospitality, the little things matter. From aligning artwork just right to making sure each sconce was secured and centered, we took pride in the process.

We don’t take it lightly when a client brings us in on a job like this. It’s always an honor to be part of something bigger – helping turn a new construction site into a space that’s ready to welcome guests. We’re thankful for our clients, for the trust they place in us, and for the chance to play a small role in bringing their vision to life.
