Toolkit Services is seeking dependable and skilled Equipment Installers to support commercial projects across convenience stores, restaurants, and retail environments. This role involves installing equipment such as ovens, ice makers, drink machines, and refrigeration or food-service units. Installers will also complete minor plumbing and electrical hookups and verify equipment functionality before leaving each site.

Key Responsibilities
• Install commercial equipment including ovens, ice machines, beverage systems, and related units
• Complete light plumbing connections (water lines, drains, shutoff valves)
• Perform minor electrical hookups within project scope (basic wiring, outlets, plug-ins)
• Test and verify proper operation of all installed equipment
• Document work with photos, notes, and project updates
• Communicate clearly with the project team and store personnel
• Follow safety guidelines and job-specific instructions
• Troubleshoot installation issues on-site as needed
Qualifications
• Experience installing commercial equipment, appliances, or similar systems
• Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical connections
• Ability to interpret installation instructions, diagrams, and spec sheets
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer-facing skills
• Reliable transportation and standard tools
Requirements
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs
• Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, and work in various physical positions
• Must be comfortable working in active commercial or retail environments
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel as required for projects
• Must follow all safety and quality standards
Preferred (Not Required)
• Previous installation experience in convenience stores, QSR, or retail environments
• Certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or refrigeration
• Experience with multi-unit rollout projects
